DTH Drilling Solutions Pty. Ltd. was formed in 2006 with the aim of helping mining companies optimize their blast hole drilling operations.

Principal, Graeme Exelby, shares more than three decades of experience to help drillers overcome problems such as premature bit failure, deviating or collapsing holes, stuck or broken rods, machine damage and efficiency problems.

Graeme began his career in 1973 as a boilermaker/welder and is well experienced in hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
He has an in-depth understanding of blast hole drilling principals, tooling design and failure analysis.

From 1976 to 1996 he held technical sales and management positions with Horwood Bagshaw, Ingersoll Rand and Sandvik Mining in Australia. In 1996, Graeme took a global role in technical marketing and training with Sandvik Mining based in Texas, USA.
He returned to Australia in 2006 and settled in Dubbo, New South Wales where he serves the Global Mining Industry as an independent blast hole drilling consultant.

Effective communication skills combined with his vast experience allows him to help drillers around the World, understand causes and find the solutions for simple and complex blast hole drilling problems.
